We offer a free, no-obligation, in-home evaluation. We discuss your needs, review the estate contents and return a proposal in a timely manner. We keep a fair commission of the sale price and pay out the remainder quickly. Sign the contract and let us do the work.
The rundown: our team handles sorting, organizing, cataloging, research, photography, advertising, sale management, invoicing, and pickup. Bidding runs as a timed online auction you can watch from home. After bidding closes, we invoice buyers, collect payment, and arrange a one or two-day pickup window right from the estate. Only Jupiter Auction staff enter the home — no buyers. When pickups and bookkeeping are complete, we send you a check for the proceeds.
